Urban Edit is a transformational redesign of five retail shopfronts along Oxford Street, one of London’s most iconic shopping destinations.

Commissioned by property agents Bruce Gillingham Pollard (BGP) on behalf of the freeholder, the brief was to reposition these units to attract a premium consumer market and support Oxford Street’s long-term ambition to elevate its luxury retail offering.

Our approach focused on creating design proposals to convey an upmarket identity, aligning with the expectations of luxury brands while remaining authentic to Oxford Street’s strong consumer heritage. Each shopfront has been reimagined with concepts that reflect the aesthetic and experience of contemporary high-end retail, ensuring the spaces speak directly to the luxury market.

The resulting visuals were presented by BGP to prospective leaseholders as part of a targeted marketing strategy. By elevating the architectural and interior vision of these units, Urban Edit has played a key role in redefining the next chapter of Oxford Street’s retail transformation.
