Palm Court is an exclusive villa set within one of Miami’s most discreet waterfront locations - nestled in lush greenery and framed by sweeping ocean views, it is infused with natural light and the vibrancy of the tropics. The brief was to create an elegant tropical sanctuary, with privacy at its heart, balancing indoor with outdoor living.
Studio Lord envisioned Palm Court as a sanctuary of refined escape, inviting luxurious relaxation through a contemporary interpretation of tropical modernism. The design was conceived with purity of line, balanced proportions, and a dialogue with nature to create an atmosphere of sophisticated wellness throughout the estate.
Defined by horizontal planes, bold cantilevers, and interlocking wings, the architectural style shapes private courtyards and curated views of the surrounding landscape. With dedicated spa facilities, a pool pavilion, tennis courts, and generous outdoor dining, the carefully zoned private spaces offer intimacy and exclusivity while maintaining a sense of openness.
The design is enriched by a sensitive palette inspired by coastal tones. Crisp white concrete gives a sharp, modern presence, softened by textured stone for warmth and craftsmanship. Every detail has been meticulously considered to achieve a seamless integration of architecture, interiors, and the natural setting.
